  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 180 gr. Of flour
  • 50 + 30 gr. by Azúcar Moreno
  • 60 ml. Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Paste
  • 4 Nectarines
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 branch of Cinnamon


  1. Cut the nectarines into small wedges with the skin included.
  2. Add in a saucepan together with 30 grams of brown sugar, half lemon juice, a splash of water, cinnamon stick and the vanilla paste.
  3. Next, we let it cook over low heat until the fruit softens (almost like the texture of jam but not so discarded)
  4. To make the dough, Saúl Craviotto uses a KMix, flour and the remaining sugar. Mix for about 20 seconds.
  5. Add the very cold butter in cubes and the milk. Knead again at medium speed until everything is completely integrated.
  6. Roll the dough into a ball and cool for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the refrigerator, spread out properly and place the nectarines in the center.
  8. Put the sides of the biscuit inside and bake for about 20 minutes at 180ºC.
